After several years, I have switched Web hosts and am now able to update my Web site. I will be making changes over the next few weeks to bring it into this century...

I am working at lining up funding for DREAM, which will be a subsidiary of DIVO, and which will act as a religiously-compliant hybrid equity/mortgage REIT.
